In 2018, I was working as a Facility Manager for an e-commerce company and later leading multiple business centers across Amsterdam. I was constantly chasing reliable vendors — only to end up babysitting them.

Some didn’t respond fast enough. Others left work unfinished. And most? They didn’t understand the pressure I was under to keep teams productive, leaders satisfied, and operations running smoothly.

I founded Facility Van Guard because I knew there had to be a better way.
