A recruitment company in Amsterdam, came to us with a seemingly simple request:
“We’re handing over our office. Can you repaint the walls?”

But then came the landlord’s inspection.

While the graffiti wall had been covered, the texture of the spray paint was still there. You could feel it. It wasn’t smooth. Not acceptable, said the property manager.

And just like that, the timeline shrank: three days to fix what wasn’t planned.

  • 248m² of wall space was repainted to match the original white and blue scheme.

  • 80m² of textured graffiti wall was fully replastered, then repainted - this was key to passing inspection.

  • Columns were repaired, repainted, and restored.

  • We handled all waste disposal - nothing left behind.

  • The desks were repositioned and organized, ready for inspection.
